My Ramp Card
A one-page tool for getting started you can print or fill in on screen. You know what to do. Here's how to start.
How to use it
Fill in one card for each stuck task. Keep it where the task lives (Chapter 4).
What's on the page
- The task, in one sentence of “done”
- Step Zero (almost too easy to skip)
- Top of the ramp is step number
- Low-gear top for a hard day (write it on the back)
Plus a checklist, including:
- Step Zero passes the Silly Test.
- Decisions, passwords and phone numbers come later, not first.
