My Comeback Ramp Worksheet
A one-page tool for getting started you can print or fill in on screen. You know what to do. Here's how to start.
How to use it
Use this after a few days or weeks away from your ramps (Chapter 13).
What's on the page
Plus a checklist, including:
- Say it plainly: “I stopped because life got heavy. Picking ramps back up is part of using them.”
- Read through my ramp cards without making any promises.
- Pick the card with the smallest top.
- Put the other cards back. Throw none away.
