My Call Ramp Card
A one-page tool for getting started you can print or fill in on screen. You know what to do. Here's how to start.
What's on the page
- The call I need to make
- How long I've been putting it off
- The number (typed into my phone?)
- Answers in hand (name, date of birth, account number, free times)
- My first words
- My voicemail line
- If they offer something I don’t want, I'll say
- What they told me (date, time or confirmation number)
- Top of the ramp (where I wrote it down)
Plus a checklist, including:
- The number is on my screen.
- My answers are on this card.
- The result is in my calendar.
This page comes from Stuck Between Knowing and Doing.
The book walks through when to use it, with examples. It's from Chapter 8.
