My 30-Day Ramp Tracker
A one-page tool for getting started you can print or fill in on screen. You know what to do. Here's how to start.
How to use it
Write R if you walked a ramp to its regular top, or L if you walked a low-gear ramp. Leave the box empty on a day you didn’t start.
What's on the page
- Day 20 check-in. A ramp that stalled, and the fix I tried (Chapter 11)
- One ramp I'll make a standing ramp (Chapter 12)
Plus a checklist, including:
- I wrote a low-gear top on the back of at least one ramp card.
- I counted letters, not blanks.
- I kept going after at least one empty day.
This page comes from Stuck Between Knowing and Doing.
The book walks through when to use it, with examples. It's from Chapter 13.
